He began his work with EE as a program coordinator for Native Waters, a water education program for teachers, in 2001. He was asked by The Indigenous Environmental Network to represent Native Waters at the Forth World Water Forum in Mexico City in 2006 where he addressed the assembly about the sacredness of water. He presented a workshop about Leadership at the Forth World Conference on Indigenous Education in Hamilton New Zealand in 2005. Mr. Frazier spoke at the NASA Colloquium, Langley Research Center, in Hampton Virginia in 2006 about Native Scientists. As well as, he was a panelist at Cornell Law College in 2006 during their conference on Native Water Law. In 2007, he addressed the Hungarian Parliament about climate change and the Committee on the Environment at the Hague in Holland.
He was invited and attend the Civil Society Summit in Moscow Russia as a representative for Indigenous peoples and their environment in 2009.
Mr. Frazier is an environmentalist. He has been involved in different environmental issues throughout the years. For many years he has been involved in buffalo issues. diversity and environmental consultation to Indigenous people.
When asked what his perspective is as a Native person on water, wellness, and
environmental issues, he replied: "To me all things on this planet are Earth,Wind, Fire, and Water. We are a servant to nature not the master of the environment. We are a part of the environment not a part from the environment.
Abby Ybarra has worked as an Environmental Educator and Conservation Specialist for most of his adult life. He has extensively trained teachers in Los Angeles and DC schools on how to incorporate hands-on learning with environmental education activities. Abby is currently the Environmental Educator Specialist for Project Indigenous, an organization that specializes in teaching environmental understandings from an Indigenous perspective. Project Indigenous has collaborated with many federal agencies to help coordinate and educate how to better work with Native Communities throughout the U.S.

The classroom is outside. If you want to save our planet, get out side and touch the Earth. Traditional Knowledge touches our origins based in Earth, Wind, Fire and Water. Environment systems need first hand inspection by people who understand the Earth's phases. Seeing and smelling the changing seasons is a way to know the beginning and finality of each season. Let us not forget we ARE the environment. A Traditional scientists says "You are part of the Environment not a part from the environment.

Students learn more when they enjoy being taught. The lessons of Climate Change are hard lessons but need to be shared world wide for all humanity. It is not a laughing matter
